We are a family owned and managed business that has been serving the local community since 2001.

We are perhaps more widely recognised as Martin & Co (Twickenham), the trading name of our residential lettings & property management business, operating from offices overlooking Twickenham Green.

For years we have helped Landlords rent and sell their properties and helped many more grow their portfolios through careful acquisition. Developers both large and small have used our services and we’ve worked with household names such as Barratt Homes, St George plc West London, Crest Nicholson & Charles Church.

We’re proud of our continued association with Martin & Co, one of the largest specialist letting agents in the UK. However, in response to demand from our customers, we established a dedicated Sales Division, something Martin & Co does not offer

Our enthusiastic team of professionals is headed by Paul Harty, Sales Manager. Paul has a proven track record in the property industry having worked for Foxtons, Winkworth and, Gascoigne Pees. As a top producing sales specialist, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the local market. Paul is supported by Andy Trussler, Sales Manager, who offers local experience and a background in residential sales.
