Finding your next home can be a time-consuming and sometimes frustrating exercise. At Steed & Co we will take time to understand exactly what you are looking for and only suggest properties that meet your requirements.

The first step is to register with us – you can use the online registration form or simply call us on 020 8099 7872.

The second step is to use our property search facility to identify properties that might meet your requirements – all our listings carry multiple colour photographs, detailed descriptions, a floor plan, location map and brochure in PDF format (which can be downloaded). In addition, you will normally be able to view the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

The third step is to contact our office if you would like to view a property or ask any questions.

Once you have registered we will also match your requirements automatically to our database of properties and notify you by telephone, email or SMS text.

If you wish to be removed from our applicant database, simply call or email us and we will no longer contact you.
