Client Database
Prospective buyers are registered on our database and automatically matched to properties using the criteria they supply. This matching process is undertaken automatically whenever our database is updated or property details amended. We then contact them immediately by telephone, email or SMS text depending on their preferences.
We will always notify you in advance before carrying-out a viewing and all viewings will be accompanied by a member of our team.
Unlike many of our competitors we also carry a huge database of private developers and buy-to-let investors. Where appropriate, we work with our associated Martin & Co offices to promote properties considered suitable for development and/or private rental. Buyers of this kind can usually proceed quickly since the purchase is rarely dependant on the sale of another property.
